The Gillette St. Band went international this weekend and hosted its First Annual Around the World Party. Five houses, five countries. In one evening, we visited Ireland, Mexico, Greece, China and Germany - spending about 45 minutes in each country then walking to the next. Each host country shined sharing homeland costumes, decorations, food and drink.
With Emu's help, the Jellie House transformed into Ancient Greece. Columns and statues donned the walls, Ouzo flowed like philosophy from Socrates lips and Aphrodite and Perseus provided a
Zeus Jizz.If you pour a jigger of water into a shot of Ouzo, it turns cloudy.

As Hostess with the Mostess, I had to dress the Grecian part. A Goddess costume sounded beautiful, but I had my sight set on a monster.

Love, Medusa and German Beer Maiden!I think our crew was pretty glum when the annual Halloween Bash was axed this year; however, The Around the World traveling fiesta satisfied our party animal souls. It was a first-class, non-stop brilliant success! We briefly talked about throwing another ATW shindig in the Spring, so get those passports (and livers) renewed!
